William J. Martin (Chairman of the Board) has been the President and CEO of Bank of Sacramento since 1998. His background includes over 35 years in business banking with the last 16 years in the Sacramento region.

L. Frank Vellutini (Vice Chairman and Lead Outside Director) is the President and Chief Executive Officer of Royal Electric Company, an electrical contracting firm that employs approximately 175 individuals and has operations in three states.

James C. Bowman, Jr. is a Sacramento owner and developer of real estate. Previously Jim was the Principal in the Bowman Consulting Group which specialized in the financing and management of real estate portfolios for large investment entities.

Alison Buhler is a financial investor who has managed a significant family trust for over ten years. Ms. Buhler also had a banking career that spanned more than ten years for Bank of California and three local savings and loan associations.

Gregory A. Meredith is the managing shareholder of Nageley, Meredith and Miller, a local legal practice specializing in general business, construction, insurance defense, real property, and banking litigation.

Steven Orlando is the principal of Orlando Company, which provides consulting services to numerous companies, both public and private, in the areas of finance, mergers and acquisitions, and business planning.

Kathleen M. Thomas (Executive Vice President, Chief Operating Officer and Chief Risk Officer) has been in the Sacramento Region for the last 26 years. She has held the position of Chief Credit Officer at three previous local independent banks.

Mark L. Ures is a general contractor who has resided in the Sacramento area for almost 65 years. Mr. Ures' company, Mark L. Ures Home Construction, Inc., specializes in building custom homes.

Cecil L. Wetsel, Jr. is the former President of Wetsel-Oviatt Lumber Company and presently is a financial investor. Mr. Wetsel also maintains various association affiliations in the lumber industry.
